INVESTIGACION
- Gabriel is a graduate student of Bioinformatic Engineering. He is developing his research studying the adsorption phenomenon of proteins on solid surfaces. In particular,
- he is intended to perform a kinetic analysis of the adsorption process, by analyzing the structural changes experimented by the antibody sub-domains IgG Anti-His6 on a
- kaolinite and muscovite mica solid surface, using all-atom molecular dynamics.
- Gabriel is founder member and secretary of ISCB RSG-Chile since April, 2014, (http://rsg-chile.iscbsc.org). ISCB RSG-Chile is the first chilean institution to guide and
- strengthen ties between students and young researchers from the fields of bioinformatics and computational biology, promoting the next steps in their development through
- scientific meetings, networking and education.
